Tidewater Homes was established in 2014 by three natives of Jacksonville, Florida who combined have over fifty years of knowledge and experience in the home building and construction industries. As the founders, it was our desire to take that knowledge, experience and the principles acquired through our careers to create a company formed on the foundations of honesty, quality and great customer service. We strive everyday to make the home-building experience an enjoyable one.

Scott is the President of Tidewater Homes and is responsible for all marketing and business operations.

Karen Fenrich is Tidewater's Office Administrator and has an extensive background in Executive Administration, financial services, and real estate.

Once you have finalized your contract to build your home with us, we will schedule your Design Studio appointment. This is where the fun begins! During your design studio experience you will have the chance to personalize your home with a wide variety of choices. All the latest design trends and materials such as glass tile back splashes and quartz counter tops will be available, as well as hardwood floors, tile, and marble. Of course, an amazing kitchen is the center of any great new home and you will enjoy the wide range of cabinetry options and customizations. You will also be able to consider optional appliance upgrades, plumbing fixtures and lighting. The best part of the design studio is that you will be guided by an accredited Interior Designer who is there to help make the experience fun and stress free.
The Dream Home Catalog gives you the chance to pick from hundreds of pre-planned and pre-priced options to further personalize and customize your home. Some of the popular structural options include second floor lofts, bonus rooms, additional bedrooms and expanded outdoor living spaces. Other popular items you can add are additional interior trim, coffered ceilings, Jacuzzi tub or perhaps an outdoor shower.
